Confidential
People seek counselling for a variety of reasons that may include a specific presenting problem or issue, grief, loss, life changes, chronic illness, workplace or relationship concerns. Counselling can be an effective support for mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression and the effects of trauma or PTSD.
Compassionate
Counselling can help to inspire change and personal growth, teach new coping skills, help determine life goals, and increase self-awareness. Quality counselling is strengths based and empowering. It can be a positive and transformative journey.
